Processing time
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During product launches or seasonal peaks, preparation may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Remote addresses, customs processing, weather, and carrier delays can affect final arrival time.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent after your order has been packed and scanned by the carrier. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the first notification.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.
